Snug provides AI-generated content to help users understand possible heat loss, drafts, cold bridges, comfort problems, and savings scenarios. Outputs are informational and visual planning aids.

Snug is not an official inspection, regulated energy assessment, engineering assessment, insurance report, property valuation, grant application document, legal evidence service, or professional advice service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Snug only for homes you own, rent, manage, or have clear permission to assess.

Before signup, you must confirm that you understand Snug is an AI visualization tool and not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Users aged 13 to 17 need consent from a parent or guardian. Snug is not intended for users under 13.

You are responsible for the prompts, home descriptions, photos, reference images, and instructions you submit.

You must not upload photos of another person's home, private room, tenancy, family members, or belongings unless you have explicit authorization.

If you are a tenant, you must obtain written property-owner permission before making physical changes that require permission.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The checkout flow must show price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation path, refund terms, and policy links before payment.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the plan page states a different rule.

A plan upgrade, downgrade, or renewal may change feature limits, credit balances, priority, and export quality as shown at purchase.

Credits are usage units for Snug services only. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, gift certificates, transferable balances, financial products, or third-party payment instruments.

Credits cannot be redeemed for money, transferred to another person, linked to a wallet, or used to buy goods or services from another business.

Plan credits and purchased credit packs may have separate usage limits, expiration rules, promotional rules, or refund treatment as shown at checkout.

Any structural, electrical, gas, roof, fire safety, ventilation, moisture, mold, load-bearing, or regulated work must be reviewed by a licensed professional before action is taken.

Do not rely on Snug to diagnose hazardous materials, structural defects, fire risks, wiring defects, gas issues, or code compliance.

If a generated output appears unsafe, unrealistic, or inconsistent with your property, do not act on it.

If you dispute a payment, we may submit records showing checkout consent, plan terms, policy acceptance, account email, payment references, credit grants, credit usage, delivered AI assets, download records, refund decisions, and support communication.

Contact support first when possible so we can review the issue before a bank dispute escalates.

AI processing, video generation, storage, billing, and downloads may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, high demand, or account restrictions.

We may modify or discontinue features, plan limits, credit costs, model providers, or export formats with reasonable notice where required.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.
