Yes. Paid plans include a Customer Portal path for cancellation before the next renewal.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits are service usage units for Snug only. Plan credits follow the rollover or expiry terms shown at checkout.
Refund policy?
Refunds are generally available within 14 days when paid credits have not been used to generate downloadable reports or videos. Delivered usage can reduce eligibility.
Is this an official assessment?
No. Snug is an AI visualization tool. It does not replace a licensed professional and cannot be used for grants, insurance claims, property valuation, or regulated filings.
