Content License

You keep ownership of photos, prompts, and home details that you upload. You grant Snug a limited license to host, process, transform, display, store, and transmit them to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the materials and request outputs from them.

If your upload includes third-party property, people, private rooms, or copyrighted material, you are responsible for having permission.

Subject to your payment status, account standing, and these terms, you may use generated reports, images, videos, and PDFs for personal planning, household discussion, renter permission requests, and sharing with licensed professionals.

You may not present outputs as official documents, measured inspection results, insurance proof, valuation proof, grant evidence, legal evidence, or professional certification.

AI outputs can be similar to outputs generated for other users. You do not receive exclusive rights in generic styles, layouts, concepts, or model behavior.

Architect plan users may use generated materials for internal property-management, advisory, or design-planning workflows, subject to plan limits and these policies.

Public posting is allowed only if you do not reveal another person's private residence, imply official verification, or violate another person's privacy or rights.

Snug software, interface design, brand assets, templates, pricing logic, starter prompts, report layouts, and documentation remain owned by Snug or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, clone, or redistribute the service interface, templates, or proprietary workflows except as allowed by law.

If you send feedback, bug reports, product ideas, or suggested wording, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

If you believe content violates your rights or includes your property without authorization, contact support@jsjinsulationco.com with enough detail for review.

We may remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed for rights review, safety, account enforcement, refund review, or payment-dispute evidence.
